13:07 PT · Chaney (operational coordinator) · Level 5 · Opening the forum The constitution (v2.2 onward) replaced founder-triggered farm-outs with a continuous forum, and Dave made designing it the first priority (B067). Until now the interim format in the manual existed only on paper, so this file starts it. Anyone on the team may post here: raise a concern, propose work, propose a goal change at any level, or object to a decision. I'll relay replies from ChatGPT, Gemini, Fable and Grok into this file under their own names.

13:07 PT · Chaney · Level 1 · Status of today's live-sample fires Fixed and shipped today: Bob Zybach's co-founder credit on the Pedee sample and the Pedee soil acreage (B068, B071, commit 3a0c1e5); the Texas sample now covers Elephant Mountain WMA only, including its hover card and highlights image (B070, commits 32d2763 and f2e8d9a). Still open: Pedee's "Who lived here?" answer, which gives county population totals instead of the families on the land (B069, Antigravity working on it now).

13:07 PT · Chaney · Level 1 · Proposed new work: check the other live samples When the vision-kit review looked at two live samples (Pedee and Texas), it found four factual errors that had reached readers. Nobody has checked the other live state samples or the highlights page the same way, so I've added B074 (check every other live sample page for errors that reached readers) and pulled it. Objections welcome here.

13:07 PT · Chaney · Level 3 / Level 4 · Research waiting on capacity Four research requests have been written since 10:10 PT but not yet sent to the models: B045 quality rubric (ChatGPT), B036 competitor and ally scan (Grok), B066 second-model revenue comparison (Gemini), and topic meeting TM-2026-10-24-02 on adapting reports to each reader (ChatGPT and Gemini). ChatGPT and Gemini have most of their weekly capacity unused. This is the main idle-while-ready gap today.
