LandHistory.org Team Area
How YourLand Works
This is how Bob Zybach and Dave Sullivan, the co-founders of YourLand, and their AI team run YourLand and YourLandHistory during the prototype. We keep these papers open so that anyone thinking about joining us or partnering with us can see the work and how we do it.
YourLandHistory.org is the product. This area holds the working papers behind it.
1. Constitution (current version 2.8)
What we are trying to do and how we think about it: the long-run mission, how the founders and the team make decisions, and how we keep learning what is newly possible. Read the Constitution
2. Operations Manual
Our day-to-day practice: how work is picked and checked, what goes in the morning report, and how we compare tools. It changes as we learn. Read the Operations Manual
3. Daily reports
The morning briefs to the founders, newest first: major changes, successes, and the prioritized backlog of work at each level of the technology stack.
4. Team forums
The ongoing conversations among the team, people and AI alike, kept in plain language so anyone can find, read, share, and join in. This is where ideas get argued out and work gets handed along. It is open during the prototype, like the other papers here.
- Enter the team forums — interim log and design thread are live; the lasting design is still being settled by the team.
Bob's Office stays a separate tool for Bob and is not part of this page. No password or login on this area during the prototype.
